"Very poor communication. Duane is always out of the office for whatever reason. Life Insurance Policy was supposed to begin 9/26/2024, after speaking with billing in customer service, the policy never began because the correct documents were never sent. Since 9/26/24 up until 12/3/24 we’ve made monthly payments on a policy that was non-existent. We did not receive a email, call or letter about the policy being cancelled because in the system the policy never began. When signing up I provided a current address, this location set up a policy under an address that we no longer reside at. The refund was mailed December 3rd to that address that we no longer have access to. I had to sign a document with the correct address 12/31/24 for a refund to be reissued within 3-5 days. As I’m currently on the phone with customer service, I was just notified DUANE never submitted that document. Today is 1/16/25 - after I called with an attitude the document with the correct address was “just sent in this Morning.” Absolutely no professionalism! Save yourself the headache and Take your business to another location. The communication here isn’t even worth 1 Star."
