"I have been with State Farm since 2022 and I’ve been a client of Duane villatoro since my first car. Since then I have upgraded cars but the company has been AMAZING to work with. They have been understanding, kind, easy to work with and just over all accommodating! I had first spoke to daune when I was signing up for insurances and he help me get the cheapest rate. I was in a car accident w my old insurance company pro******** and when I explained with had happened (the side of my car was hit) and the police report and the details I was blamed for being hit on the side (the other person ran a light, mine was green) they raised my rates over the top and it was something I could not afford as a part time working kid who was also in college full time. I looked for new companies and I had heard great things about state farm so I called and Duane walked me through everything. Every detail about what I would pay for, any discounts I qualified for, and bc of the accident it was a little high but he worked w me to where I was able to make my payments stress free - I’m almost 22 and have worked w him since I was 17/18 and he was the sweetest insurance agent ! I will continue through state farm and will continue in the future!! They are a great company !!"

"Had nothing but top notch service. Trying to work yourself through car insurance is generally a real pain, but in this case it was a smooth transition. Duane and Amanda were both patient in answering all our questions and and quick to respond when we called. Will write again in 6 months hopefully with a 5 star."
